
Integrative Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a hypersensitive state primed for suggestion and neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to repattern and make change.
The hypnotic state is a natural state similar to a flow state where your brain loses track of time and peak performs. I consider hypnosis as mindfulness of the subconscious mind. It’s this subconscious mind that drives most of our decisions and behaviors and by tapping into it, we can unlock change and often much faster than traditional means.
We’ll work together to repattern deep from the root with the gentle use of the hypnotic state, my personalized suggestibility that gets at the heart of the change, focused concentration, specific imagination, metaphor, somatic embodiment to ground change into the nervous system, and natural language techniques.
I emphasize teaching self-hypnosis so you can continue to build the internal skills to repattern.

Your brain is constantly rewiring and reconfiguring itself, making new neural connections, even when you’re sleeping. When we access a memory or learn a new skill for example, we are more directly rewiring our brain. These hypnosis sessions are an opportunity to intentionally engage in this natural rewiring process, creating new neural pathways in the brain through the process of neuroplasticity.
Research has shown that hypnosis can be an amazingly effective tool for all sorts of unwanted mental, emotional, and bodily experiences. But the research is thousands of years late as hypnosis has been practiced around the world for ages, from the healing temples of Asklepius in Ancient Greece & Rome to many others

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind, you could say similar to a flow state or the few minutes of space between sleeping and waking. Hypnosis is a form of meditative trance that accesses your deep subconscious layers for real change. This importantly means that you are still fully aware and conscious during hypnosis. You always remain in control.
Whether online or in-person, you’ll sit (not lay down) comfortably in a chair with your head back and your feet on the floor below you.
Otherwise, you’ll only need a willingness to change.
