Be more here in each moment as the one perceiving, rather than flooded by the past or watching yourself from the outside.
The Embodied Presence Course
Presence is the integration of body, emotion, language, and attention to be here whole. It is a perceptual capacity, the quality of how you meet experience, and it may not be our default setting but it can be developed and strengthened.
Designed to be completed over three months but available to take at your own pace, this online coure builds presence across the whole person, moving through the physical body, the emotional body, the cognitive mind, and the essential sense of self, with embodied practice grounded in neuroscience and timeless contemplative insight.
This is an inside out approach to nervous system regulation, emotional growth, and personal and interpersonal development.
