Integrative Coaching
Personal Growth, Development, & Transformational Sessions
I integrate a variety of tools and adapt to you and your goals in these exploratory and collaborative sessions together. Become “unstuck,” make meaning, dive into the human experience with grace, and take conscious action in your life guided by intuition.
I primarily utilize psychosynthesis, which is a spiritual psychology emphasizing the whole and true self. Through this synthesis and guided self-exploration, a natural “call of self” emerges; that unbreakable will and inner purpose that keeps us open to life. The “Call of Self” is awakening to your own true self and authentic heart, beyond the ego.
Psychosynthesis is the original parts work modality before Internal Family Systems (IFS Therapy) but is far less prescriptive and offers a more spiritual understanding of your true self, because otherwise it’s not the true self.
Where my somatic work focuses on healing, this work is about being.
Who are you, where are you going in life, and how will you get there?
purpose, parts work, presence, and personal development
Live in the present, using your past as fuel and your future as inspiration

These are collaborative sessions that we can approach by working through specific and very practical goals or we can delve deeper into new dimensions of self-awareness and healing. We will always focus on your relationship with yourself as well as promoting conscious action.
We don’t just have an unconscious with all of our shadows, fears, and traumas, which psychoanalysis focuses on and digs into. We also have a superconscious where our higher states of awareness, profound insights, and creativity emerge. Psychosynthesis connects both of these dimensions to use the past as fuel for something more in the future, not to get stick in it.
The tools I work with include everything from dream work to goal setting to inner parent, inner child, and inner adult integration.
This is a good place to start if unsure which service you’re interested in.

Long before Internal Family Systems (IFS Therapy), there was a psychology all about synthesizing the parts of the psyche to move towards the innate wholeness of the true Self, and it’s called psychosynthesis.
You never heard of it because it is a spiritual psychology and relies more on philosophy than following a prescribed framework.
Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal or spiritual psychology developed by Roberto Assagioli, a lesser-known contemporary of Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud. Unlike psychoanalysis, however, psychosynthesis is not a perpetual analysis of the psyche and unconscious but instead seeks to synthesize our conscious and unconscious layers, higher and lower self or past trauma and future inspirations, to create inner harmony and importantly expand to higher consciousness states.
The emphasis is on parts work, purpose, direction, and authentic will.
"Psyche" meant "soul" in Ancient Greek, but we've separated the two and lost our connection to the latter, while severing psychology and spirituality. Psychosynthesis reclaims our soulfulness and reintegrates this into our very being for true self-healing.

Meet your coach
Hi, welcome, I’m Susan Reis. I integrate somatic and attachment trauma healing with spiritual psychology coaching.
I work with those experiencing a range of life stressors but who seek to grow personally, relationally, and spiritually. I focus on presence, repatterning the nervous system, and creating secure attachment with ourselves, others, and all of life.
This is not superficial coaching, but nor is it endless talk therapy. This is about awakening to your true self and then following that path in life. This is the other side of healing that is needed or we will always cycle back to our old patterns.
Unbind, dive into the human experience with grace, answer the call of Self, and live a life guided by intuition and heart.
I look forward to connecting and working together.
